A lot of emergency management agencies have, for some reason, switched to using this voice in the past year when sending IPAWS/CAP alerts. Alex thought it was VoiceText Ashley, it’s similar but not. Any ideas from y’all?

Yes it’s been used in the Google TTS engine. And some Google Assistant games.

Actually I think that’s using Google wave net.
