But if you want other fun military stories, look at the Panzer 68 tanks from Switzerland. They had a ton of weird issues, such as using the radio at full power would cause unintended turret movements, and turning on the heater could cause the gun to accidentally fire.

I don’t know. In fairness, they were pretty terible. Only 17 were built, only one of them ever saw combat, While the torpedo did fire, it didn’t even explode. Most of those sumbarines sank and killed a bunch of British military.

In fairness, this was still the very early days of submarines, this started being designed in 1913. Steam perpultion was still the best method of powering ships and the like. Still dumb though.
