Posting this here since it’d get more attention than on my own personal blog. These are two mixes of the 2011 hit song Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye and Kimbra. The first mix is the primary mix of the song, and the second one is the radio mix.
Interestingly, when this song was on the charts, Charleston’s contemporary hit radio station 102.7 WVSR played the original mix of the song, but 99.9 WVAF, an Adult Contemporary / Variety Hits station, played the radio mix with the extra drums.
A friend of mine in Pennsylvania runs an internet radio station on my equipment, it’s just another AzuraCast feed, but he insisted that for this song he get the original mix and said he doesn’t like the radio mix that ERN/KNA has had since day 1. So, which do y’all prefer?
