First real test. Keep this much in mind: when I was recording the tracks, all I heard was the same noises from my synth, the computer’s audio was too delayed. This was never intended to be good.
No quantization was used here, and boy does it show, this is rough even by my standards.
Well that is a bummer!
Limitation of the Yamaha ReFace CS synth. The file uses more than 8 notes, but that’s all I could hear while I was playing the tracks into the computer.
Why only 8 notes?
Also while I was recording, I wasn’t hearing half the notes. My keyboard responds to all 16 MIDI channels at the same time, and it can only play eight notes at a time. All things considered, I’m still proudish.
